    How long do I have to wait to receive my product?


    It takes 24/48 hours to process your order and then 7 to 10 working days to deliver it to you.

    Yes, it's true. We ship all over the world.
    Where do we ship from?
    Our office is located near Paris, France. Our international warehouses are located in Eastern Europe and Asia.

    I made a mistake in my shipping address, how can I fix it?

    Don't worry, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately: help@pharmamarket-uk.com and we will be happy to update your information.

    Do you provide tracking information?

    After purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours.

    However, this email may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check it carefully before contacting customer service.

    You will receive an automatic follow-up by email at each stage of the delivery of your order.

    There are some items missing from my order, what's going on?

    Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

    I have received a damaged item. What can I do?

    We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address: help@pharmamarket-uk.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.


    I haven't received my order yet. Why does it take so long?

    We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipments can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time.     What are the security measures for the payment?

    This site is 100% safe. Here are the various reasons for this security:

    1) Our website www.farmaplus-italia.com is located on an HTTPS server (you can check this with the small padlock on the left side of the URL).

    2) Unlike most other sites that you can visit, ALL of our pages are secure and therefore cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

    3) Regarding the payment method, we use the Stripe platform which is one of the best references in terms of transaction security.

    What are the different payment methods?

    Currently it is possible to pay by VISA - MASTERCARD - MAESTRO credit card.

    We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or payments on receipt.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    How can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?

    If your item arrives at your home in poor condition and unusable, please contact us immediately at help@pharmamarket-uk.com with proof of this.



    We will then offer you:

    1) Both to return the product to us (return charges are to be paid by you) versus full refund of the item price (including delivery) as soon as we receive proof of postage for the product. (1 *)

    This way of proceeding is intended to avoid any abuse, so we are counting on your understanding!

    2) Or sending a new product entirely at our expense.

    Do you have a refund policy?

    We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course complete the payment, if the appeal is made within 30 days of the order date and the product or products in question are not out of stock.
